From noon until 7 p.m. on Saturday, January 27, members of the Bridgerland Amateur Radio Club
operated the club station using W7IVM (whiskey seven india victor mike); located at Utah State University
in conjunction with the Winter Field Day. As you can see from the score sheet, 288 contacts were made.
the event started out with BARC using the 15 meter band, then most of the afternoon on 10 meters, and in the early evening, 20 meters. Kevin Reeve was scooping up the contacts at a rate of about 100 per hour between 1800
and 1900, incredibly reaching all the way to Florida and North Carolina on 20 meters.
